These Terms & Conditions govern your use of America Is Fantastic (americaisfantastic.org), operated by The Foundation for World Harmony, a nonprofit organization based in the United States (501(c)(3)). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Purpose of the site

The site shares information about our mission, programs and partners. Content is provided for general information and inspiration only.

2. No professional advice

Nothing on the site is medical, legal, financial, tax, engineering or other professional advice. “Dr. Fantastic” is a nickname and does not indicate a medical or other professional licence. Water, filtration, energy and similar solutions depend on local conditions, engineering, testing, regulation and correct use; results are not guaranteed.

3. Programs and applications

Submitting an application, request or form does not guarantee approval, funding, delivery or a response. We may change or end programs at any time.

4. Your submissions

When you send us information, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use it to respond to you and operate our programs, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us a story, photo or testimonial for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish it, and you can ask us to remove it later.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive activity, no attempts to break or overload it, no collecting other people’s data, and no impersonation.

6. Intellectual property

The site’s text, logos, design and other content belong to The Foundation for World Harmony or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may share links and short excerpts with credit. Other uses need our written permission. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, email drfantastic@thefoundationforworldharmony.org and we will review it promptly.

7. Third-party sites and services

We link to and embed third-party services (for example WhatsApp, PayPal, YouTube). We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fully up to date.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Foundation for World Harmony and its volunteers, directors and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which The Foundation for World Harmony is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
